💽 World Wild Web

Here's a ton of cool sites I've come across while I surf the web! Feel free to comment your own as well, I'm definitely going to add onto this list as well :)

Akinator
Akinator is a classic site that attempts to guess your character from simple yes or no questions. It's a great time waster, knows a wide variety of characters, and is just generally entertaining.

Sudomemo
Remember Flipnote Hatena? this is that, but back and thriving! Includes what you need to actually set it back up on your DS, or you can just browse the flipnotes posted to the site!

Club Penguin Legacy
Remember Club Penguin? This is a wonderful recreation of that great game! All the fun of the classic Club Penguin, fully rewritten.

My 00's TV
Do you miss TV in the 2000s? Do you want that crispy old video quality? Do you wanna see all those old ads? Try "My 00's TV!" You get the full experience of 2000 to 2009's TV, cartoons, advertisements, music, news, and more! It's an awesome site.

My Emulator
MyEmulator.Online holds tons and tons of ROMS, fully playable online! You can play stuff from all sorts of old handhelds. SNES, NDS, GBA, NES, N64, Genesis, and Neo Geo! A wide variety of games are all on there. Very nostalgic, and a good way to fight against the current video game culture that's all so expensive. Sail the internet seas and play all these uploaded ones!

Cookie Clicker
It is a CLASSIC! I love Cookie Clicker. I play it all the time, I've unlocked a ton of mini-games, I've gotten a ton of upgrades, It's just a fun, wonderful game. The creator, Orteil on Tumblr, is active and the game continues to get updates. A wonderful browser game, and even if you get bored, you continue to gain cookies even offline, so it's always a positive surprise when you open it back up.

NationStates
NationStates is a nation simulation game, where you create a fake nation and you can manipulate it to incredibly intricate levels, and treat it like a real nation within scenarios! You choose how your nation functions, solve daily issues, interact with other nations, and watch it grow and thrive (or crumple to the ground). It's an incredibly fun simulator, with a fun community.   (You can see my Nation here -> X )

SameEnergy
Are you looking for a very specific vibe in images, and key terms just aren't getting it? Try SameEnergy! It lets you put in a key phrase or upload an image, and as you select more images they begin to give you more similar ones! It's great for pinning down a specific aesthetic, or just browsing images when you're bored!

Checkbox Olympics
the CheckBox Olympics are very fun if you just want to do a fun quick browser game :) Beat your time, or just cheat it with a touch-screen, either way it's fun to see how quick you can beat the trials.

PointerPointer
PointerPointer may not be the most entertaining for long, but it's a cool site to check out! The images will always point right at where you leave your cursor, which is pretty damn cool (Side Note, it's also a great site to find art references by chance!)

ThisIsSand
This is sand is a very entertaining visual sim, where you just pour color changing sand. It's weirdly easy to spend a long time just making cool patterns, and it's very soothing! I recommend just checking it out and watching the little particles of colored sand flow and make tiny little dunes.

Little Alchemy 2
If you haven't played or heard of Little Alchemy, you're missing out. It's an incredibly fun timewaster, playable whenever you decide you wanna crack it back open, incredibly creative, and reasonably simplistic, so it's easy to figure out and to get hooked! I've had tons of fun trying to get every single thing I can possibly get.

Neal.Fun
This site is also a staple, full of a ton of fun minigames and cool features, it's definitely gonna stave off boredom for a while. It has all sorts of pages. so I won't spoil it all, but it's got some ...creative new trolly problems, a glimpse of the internet ten years ago, a game where you guess how much money artwork has been auctioned for, a page where you just stack rocks, and all sorts more.

Google Maps Snake
Snake, but it's got a fun new look based off a map! you play as a little pixel train, picking up little pixel passengers! I mean, it's just snake, but still! fun!

Pink Trombone
Just... a website where you mess with a graphic of a mouth to change the noises it creates. Fun to learn about glottal stops and fricatives and the like, and also pretty entertaining to make stupid noises with.

Remoji
A simple site where you drag your mouse across the screen and it's followed by a ton of cute pixel gifs! It's simple, but you can also download each gif if you can get to them before they disappear, so honestly a fun way to gif-shop if you so choose. Or, just a cute site :)

Kamogo
Kamogo is... it's got all sorts of things to do, from a Wikipedia tree stemming from just the page for the universe, to a notepad that generates all your text upside-down, to a count-down to the end of the world, to a page that lets you drag a windows error box around... there's just a lot! The site might not all be up to date (as a few of the pages just don't seem to work as intended anymore) but you'll find plenty to entertain you

One More Multiverse
A super sick world creator (made for TTRPGS!) but it's also just fun to mess around with! I've run TTRPGs over discord calls using OMM and it's always a blast, the features are super expansive and it's visually great!

JSPaint
Have you ever wanted old MsPaint? Do you want those crispy terrible lines? No layers? Minimal colors? JSPaint has you covered. It may be terrible, like old MSpaint, but it's also INCREDIBLE, like old MSPaint. Cut out clutter, complexity, and any convenience, and you get JSPaint! As much as I knock on it, it's generally a good user experience if you just need to draw out something quick, or you want to have fun without worrying about the looks of your art! I love it, and use it often.

Pokemon Chess
Have you ever wanted Chess, but even harder? Do you want Pokemon typing to be the next new tabletop game fad? Here's Pokemon Chess! It's a two player game, so you'll need to rope someone else into the shenanigans. Build your Chess Team for max efficiency, and try your best to win :)

Oh awesome, gotta check these out later!
The website I could mention is Comic Crafter
It requires to register tho, you can make comic strips with preset characters and shapes. It's sort of a revival of a previous website called Stripgenerator which died.
