Please help T•T

Does anyone has any tips for a better sleep schedule because insomnia is kicking in and yea idk what to do when school begins again at 5 am.

personally I have resulted to melatonin pills at this point, but things like reservign teh bed only for sleep, doing some routine every time to condition your brain to get tired when the routine happens, and stuff like that can also help.
