does anybody else have arfid 😭(avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) or is just extremely picky? im the only person i know who just cant eat food like a normal person and i desperately would love to have someone relate to me

yeah 333 its rly hard but i saw a dietician a few times that knew abt arfid and that helped some :)

I HAVE ARFID TOO OMG!! i never see others with arfid ughhh this is so nice. its not relly that im a picky eater tho, its that textures can be really overwhelming and nauseating sometimes and im scared of choking/vomiting because of food T.T ive had it since I was a kid, everyone just kept calling me picky eater
