Newest Update on House!

Edited to add: If they don't take money off, we will be backing off of the contract and go back to hunting!

@Kari asked if I had any fun plans for the new house we are going to get! And we do!!! So far, the changes we will make are in the living room. The decorations we plan on using involve fun LED lights and new furniture! We are super excited about it!

Before I share the pictures, we had the inspection done on Friday, and there was a few things that are really expensive fixes that absolutely need to be done before we take the house. They either need to take care of these things, or knock off $10k-$15k so we have the $$ to fix it. There are a lot of water leaks in the crawl space where wood damage and fungus are present, and the water lines have absolutely no insulation, so they could easily freeze in the winter. So, the new contract will be signed by us with another contingent offer, and now we have to see what the sellers want to do. Will they do the work before we get the house, or will they knock off $10k-$15k. Me personally, I am hoping they knock the money off.

So, this is a badly drawn idea of what we want to do to the living room mostly because I have the shakes that seem to get worse when focusing on things.
