I've been working out regularly and I've already noticed a big improvement! Currently I'm at 100 crunches and 80 pushups, and when I'm able to go out and walk or jog I usually do. I wonder if I could get that number to 500 or even 1000 for each of them. This spring I should throw in some pullups while I'm at it! Currently I'm at 135 and the minimum healthy weight is 120.
