My Canon Powershot S5 IS pictures always come out totally white when taken outside - PLEASE HELP

(I put on a layout i found on the layouts section because the images i took outside are TOTALLY plain white)

(also problem is this looks like it was from an old security camera)

At first i thought this was an ISO or settings problem but no, i've set it at the lowest for this camera and the picture were still white, and i've tried almost everything withe the ISO, Aperture and Shutter speed but it's just always white.

I don't know if it's because i bought an used one or because i'm missing a setting but please someone help me, i can't find someone with a smiliar problem on the internet, i've just got the camera, it came last minute since the vendor was on a break or smth and i'm going away on vac in like two days SO PLEASE HELP ME ASAP
