Lost

I used to play sky cotl beta. I made a friend. A Chinese friend (Remember this, this will be important ). When I started playing sky beta I met her. She thought I was a new player so she talk to me and helped me with the game. Helped me with finding secret stuffand played for hours.We talked. I asked her that "do you use any social media app?"She replied with "no" I don't she doesn't like other app.But no, I think she can't use other app because of where she live. She only use quze or something like that. A Chinese Media app with a logo of a penguin. I don't use that app so I didn't ask her account. I kinda take a break from the game for about a week. Then I want to start to play again so I open the game and it said" beta program is full" I can't play. Plus my account was a guest account so can't login again. So yeah I can't find her again all I have is a short video of us playing together. She is probably somewhere in the world thinking why I stopped playing. If someone know about the app can you help me with how to download and how to use account cause I don't understand Chinese.
