exercise regimen {once per day}

trying to lose weight, but i'm lazy, hate going outside, and don't want to make a lot of noise.

20 sit-ups

50 arm circles

20 of those high-rise low-rise leg things

30 squats

10 pushups

30 lunges


intensity may increase after like a month or so. will also be dieting, probably won't disclose it until i find some consistency.
