Well, it’s 4:42 AM and I am really hungry. I wish I had more of a snack last night. That being said I didn’t really enjoy my sleep because I’ve been still having coffee going through my veins at this point it’s very aggravating for me to deal with this. I’m gonna try to go to bed and see what happens next. But I don’t think they will be very much going on except maybe a blogging.
That being said, I am going to be doing some moon bathing yes moon bathing in 1 August when I decide to go I’m not going in the new that’s for sure. I’m just going into the actual clothing and then just sit outside for a little bit and basking in the moon as it helps with stress levels, as well as the other interesting titbits i will right now.

I do not need help with menstrual cycle. I must tell you that much because that part of me is very aggravating. Other than that I do need the melatonin and relieve stress and anxiety because of my PTSD. Don’t want to be like John Kreese from karate, kid or cobra Kai.
