A few days ago I went to this restaurant with my mom, her bf and my bf, and everything was really good so I want to do a small review!
We went here in the night like at 9PM the place was kinda hidden in a small street, but nothing weird.
The place was very warm and the environment was comfy and not really loud at all, we sat outside and the service was fast and very very good (the waiter were really nice) so now the food:
1) The Starters: we ordered a french cheeseboard, with some grapes, bread and lettuce. This one was very curious because first I tasted all of them like alone, and then with the grapes and bread, my bf tasted them with a Carmenere and he said some of them tasted good with that wine, anyways this weren’t our favorite but it was good in some way, taste something different sometimes is a good experience.
My mom and her bf ordered a Pastel de Jaiba flambéing with cognac (not really french) this was good and super super tasty, and the crab was kinda melting in my mouth, really great.
2) The main course: so my plate was a Fettuccine with to types of salmon, fresh and smoked, cream and dills. This one was like a fantasy for me, I really love pastas, and this dish was more than amazing, the salmon was very well cooked, still soft and juicy with a strong flavor, and the smoked were stronger but the cream and dill did a balance, and the creaminess…oh lord, I think the hard thing about this kind of dish is not fucked up with the creaminess of the pasta, in some places the pasta get stick and taste awful, and here was kinda perfect ngl.
3) The dessert: Profiterole with vanilla ice, sliced almonds and chocolate. So this thing was HUGE and tasted amazing, but I didn’t think it was really a profiterole because the pastry was different not a choux…but it tasted well anyways and fitted well with everything.
So in resume: I LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! please if you have the chance to go DO IT! You won’t regret it :) and here some pics :D
Sorry the broken English like always! Sndbbdd
