1st blog!!! (im so new to this...)

Hey everyone, this is my very first blog ever since i joined this site yesterday. Right now, I'm still trying to find my place here and know how spacehey works. My current layout is one i found as I was scrolling through them and I really like it. I wouldn't say it's favorite though,  because its a little flashy and bright for me. I want something like the one i have right now but not as flashy bright, which probably doesn't make much sense lol, but i hope you guys know what i mean. I also want to know how to add blinkies and other cool stuff. Please recommend some layouts that fit my description if you can and if anyone knows how to add more cool stuff please let me know! anyways, that's all i have for now, bye! xoxo :3 (also i would really like more friends on here please!!!)
