Bragðarefur; why don't more countries have it

It's my favourite type of icecream, basically they take plain vanilla and throw in things to flavour it then mix it up, ik america has it in the form of the dairy queen blizzard but how come it's not a standard type of icecream in more icecream parlors outside of iceland? It's pretty easy to make and pretty tasty.
