Toast sandwich recipe

I found an old toaster from the 80s, cleaned it, ran it empty a couple times, and have been using it ever since! It has pretty flowers drawn on the sides and it makes amazing toasts to go with my coffee. So here's a recipe for a sandwich using toasted bread (2 slices) that I've been making. It's very easy and quick to make:

hummus on both slices
sriracha on one side
cucumber
tomato
lettuce (optional)
salt (optional)
