Journal on my Journey to become a Chad: Day 8

Today, I walked in the mall! I was out to get some pretty cool ass clothes, and I walked all over the mall! Also, I did stay up slightly later than usual to do my routines, since I was out for most of the day. I’m keeping up a 30 minute exercise / 20 (outside) to 30+ (inside) minute walk routine, as it does make me feel like I worked out, but it isn’t so intense I’m too exhausted to do stuff for days.
