I keep seeing accounts that are advertising sketchy medication idk if this is allowed i hope they don't take over tho or get out of control like the bots in other social media platforms

Ngl, I really wish I could figure out a big flashy way to tell them to "fuck off". Would it make any significant difference? No. But would I really enjoy it? Absolutely!
