I'm a few days or weeks back after my camping! It honestly was an okayish trip for my first time camping. I thought we were going to be really distant from the others, but since it was a weekend, the entire camp site was packed. My family and I came first and we got to build our tent and everything. We came around the evening, so by the time we were finished with the tent, it was nighttime. The people in front of us had so much stuff set up it honestly impressed me, it looked like they lived there lol. When my aunt n uncle came, as well as their friends, and then my older half brother came we began cooking our food, but I didn't feel like eating because it was already nearly 11 or 12 am and nearly everyone around us was quiet and it was dark af. My older half brother ended up sleeping on me, and it was a hassle to wake him back up. I remember my uncle tried to fire up the grill he bought and it jumped for a sec, which scared one of my brother's friends so bad it was so hilarious. ANYWAYS, the most annoying about the first day were the bugs. Oh my goodness, they were so ANNOYING. Even one of my aunt's friend even said that this is the first time he went camping and there were so many bugs. 

My brother borrowed his friend's bug sprayer thing and used it on our camp, which sort of got most of the bugs away and was pretty comfortable to sleep in later on. Also, before we even got to head to sleep, my brother was playing music on his phone and wtv and I found out my favorite song that I was looking for since idk, the 1500s was made by Taylor Swift. (It was blank space lol ) I remember when I first heard that song when I was younger and I fell in love with it. I got to draw for a bit in my tent and even journal, since I haven't done it in a while on a notebook. It was honestly a bother to try and keep it away from sight from my siblings or anyone who was in my tent. That was pretty much it for my first day at camping. 

On our second day, I don't really remember much what we did first but I remember learning how to season chicken with my mom, it was messy, but interesting. After that, we all went to the beach that was nearby and it was... alright. There wasn't a bunch of sand, but a lot of rocks, and I mean it. Istg these rocks were so pretty but having to step on them was the most hurtful thing on the planet. I ended up going in the water with my crocs lol. My mom found a rock that really looked like an egg on our time there. Out of topic with everything for a second but there was this HOT ASS ASIAN DAD near us and HDKAJH OH MY GOODNESS he was so FOINE. I saw him playing with his kids, there were like building like sand castles or wtv and I was literally losing it he was so adorable ANYWAYS, back to my camping experience.

When we got back from the beach, we did food and my mom, aunt, and some of my aunt's friends and I went to the bathroom that the camp site had to shower. Honestly, the showers were ALRIGHT. At first the water was cold, but then it went to warmish, if you wanted it like that. The water pressure was hard, but once you get used to it it's so good. Everyone was passing shampoos and conditioners everywhere, but i got to wash my hair at least properly. I braided my hair into two braids, which I don't usually do. The rest of the day we didn't do much rather than eating. When it came night time all my cousins and siblings got together to make a fire and smores. It was my first time doing smores and I was pretty excited. However, we didn't have chocolate bars so we just used cookies. I liked them but one thing I will say is that the marshmallows were very sweet. But other than that, I liked them.  (Bonus!: One time when I was going to check on how my parents were doing with my flashlight, Istg I saw this big ass cockroach that FLEW. It was chasing after me because I had  a flashlight I assume, I literally just dropped the flashlight and just ran, scared) 

After that day I don't really remember what we did, but I remember being paranoid going to sleep that night, thinking someone was going to kill me or something. When we woke up to finally pack and leave, it was raining. I'm not talking drizzling, I'm saying RAINING. Like really hard. It was so chaotic to pack anything and it was so messy. At some point I didn't even care and just started getting wet. All of our stuff got pretty wet as well and when we finally packed everything it felt like heaven. Honestly, I wouldn't mind going out again for camping perhaps next year, if it doesn't rain of course. Anyway, that's pretty much it for my first camping experience. Bai Bai !
