I keep seeing things 💀

I keep seeing my dead dog, black masses and hands I swear. 💀   Why am I like this???  I hear barking and little wspspspsps.  Its just hella annoying as sometimes a bit freaky at nigh.   And I think I have that thing that makes your ears ring??? I know It has a name, just can't remember...

I get not only ringing in my ears but static too.  Not as offten but it still suckssss cuss I can her literally nothing.  Man idk how to stop thissssss damn.  Oh well I guess lol
