crippling AriZona tea addiction

I swear on my life I cannot physically go 3 days without the sweet sensation of this goddamn tea.. the mango flavor is my favorite.. also i just got braces so now the sugar will be an issue because i dont wanna damage the brakets or anything… and i cant just bring a metal straw around with me like a 2019 visco girl SEND HELP
