how my first job is going so far

my first day working at taco bell was supposed to be today but apparently my name didnt go thru or i did something wrong or something and my ride literally already left by the time the manager told me,, and im not going to ask for a ride bc i live my personal life trying to bother as little people as possible sooooo.... two hour long walk home it is

so i had to walk up the ohio equivalent of mount fuji for four miles to go back home in the sweltering heat under our rotting ozone layer and my feet hurt and im sweating so much i am absolutely drenched but im back home and on spacehey so its okay i just hope i never have to do that again

i nodded at a few homeless people and got scared to death by these dogs that wanted to probably eat me alive (one was a wiener....) so i mean the journey was honestly pretty worth it, fun experience if you take out the exhaustion and fear of passing out in the road (i know i'm dramatic it's fun to be) i feel like i'm living in some kind of sitcom. like im in breaking bad walking through the new mexico native reservations

needless to say i will be sleeping like a BABY for my first shift tmrw im so excited
