i've had this issue for a while that my sleeping schedule is just a bounce between not sleeping longer than four hours or sleeping longer than twelve. and, you know, i guess it's pretty common between summer break and working night shift but i just hate it to death. setting alarms makes me tired all day but if i sleep too much i'm tired anyways!! i feel like i'm just missing out on a lot of time i could be spending doing stuff i enjoy but instead i sit in my bed for too long and rot.
