Just a poem I wrote for fun :)

Possible tw? mentions of blood and possibly disturbing content

Roses clawing out of the knot in my stomach,

blossoms and vines squirming through my throat,

blooming the color of blood out of my mouth,

dripping with the red despair feeding them,

beetles crawling out of the holes in the guts of others,

coming to devour the flowers whole,

lips closing over the petals,

teeth biting sharp stems and leaves back into my esophagus, 

thorns slicing open flesh,

crimson spilling onto my neck,

beetles crawling out of the rotten wound
