Buying a House (UPDATE)

Ok, so in a few hours, we are going out again to look at some more houses! I just hope we can finally close a sale and call a home our home!

Yesterday was tedious because our realtor wanted us to pick some houses out, so I sent him what I wanted to see, but then he said the links weren't working and so I had to go in again and send the MLS numbers. Then we found out one of the houses that was high on our list (but not the top), was already under contract, so we weren't gonna see that one. But my top house for this go-round is still available. Not gonna lie, I would've just put a blind offer in from the pictures because I am afraid when we do put in an offer, someone would have beaten us to it. I want to avoid a bidding war, and in order to do that, we have to put in an offer before anyone else does. It's been on the market for almost 30 days now though, so gotta figure out why, which is why it is good to go see the house in person! But in pictures, it looks amazing!
