✟ Books-A-Million Ramble ✟

I went to Books-A-Million and they have a rack with used CDs for sale. Usually they vary in price from $3-9 dollars, and I picked up 8 new CDs and a book

I got the book The Merciless II- The Exorcism of Sophia Flores which is a sequel to a book i rented at the county library. The summaries of the first 2 books are below.

✟ Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ ✟

I liked about 3/4ths of the book however towards the end it went from a well built storyline to a scrambling mess to tie loose ends. Not to mention the poor excuse of a cliffhanger to create a new storyline. The characters had strong bases are were filled out well, and I did initially get hooked to find out how it all ends so I do believe it does have the capability to be better- hence preparing to read the third book eventually.

The Books-A-Million in my town seems to have some depressed emo kids that donate here often cuz I've found some treasures there in the past 6 years I've been going. The albums I found were:

I'd say I'm proud of the hunt today, 8 albums is a good number for only $30 dollars. The best find of the day is either the Punk goes Acoustic or the Hot Rod Circuit album, as they aren't a popular band. Along with finding popular titles such as Blink and AFI it gives me a few nice pieces to add to the hoard of CDs I have.

✟ CD's that were passed on and why ✟

There were more titles I saw that were eye catching however they did not come home with me. I had found a few repeating albums such as Say Anything's Anarchy and Drowning Pool's Sinner. But there were also Mastodon and MxPx albums available, which I passed on due to quality issues. It's unfortunate having to leave an album because it's damaged, as I haven't found any successful way to fix scratching. If anyone has any helpful tips it would be greatly appreciated!!
