how to get change the refresh on ur monitor (only works on windows)

anyways, heres an 8-step, text-based guide if the video doesnt work for u

1. click the windows logo (or the windows key on ur keyboard)

2. click 'control panel'

3. go to 'appearance and personalization'

4. click 'adjust screen resolution'

5. go to 'advanced settings'

6. go to 'list all modules'

7. select the one that has the highest refresh rate (for me, its 75 hz)

8. click 'ok', and then click 'ok' again
