Do you remember Smile.JPG?

Smile.JPG, it was an image that used to haunt my psyche for years, something I don't need a picture reference to redraw. Smile.JPEG, sometimes known as Smile.DOG/Smile Dog was an apparent CreepyPasta creation from way back in the day but I dunno. Just was one of those things that stuck with me, always finding myself with this weird thought that drags me back to it every few years. The lil fella was around the net a lot, I remember back in the day getting spam emails to "spread the word" as it were. Even was wide spread enough to infest PMs on DeviantArt and odd forums back then.

Also, anyone else remember a weird version of the original pic? The jaw was slightly agape, teeth had more definition, the hand in the background was connected to an arm, etc. I think I remember it from some short film or some such from 2012-2014.
