okay so u guys remember how flash shut down a few years ago? yeah well to me that basically meant all the old games frm my childhood were gone too. but i was a fckin gennius and decided to download a flash player and go into the source code of those old online dress up game websites and download a few games (litrully dont ask me how i was like a master hackr or something when i did that legit dont even remember how lol).

one of these games was my new room (alongside monster high dress up games from starsue.net if anyone remembers that, and some other games idk)

well actually, i apparently downloaded 3 different my new room games, i literally havent played them since like 2011 or something so thats what i decided to do today. specifically, i played the 'my new room christmas edition' (according to the file name that i saved it as its the 3rd my new room game?)

for those of u who dont know/dont remember 'my new room' its basically where u can decorate this 2d room and it has 3 mascot girls, this preppy blonde girl, a blk girl w pink hair, and this goffik grl (she was always my fav, for obvious reasons lol). anyway thats basically it, i remember when i was like 8 yrs old id always play it along w some goth dress up games on girls go games.com (dey had lots of preppy games too tho but idk i never played them obviously). i think my sister introduced me to the website back in the day.

so anyway i went on my flashplayer, bored out of my mind, and found my folder w all the games i downloaded years ago. for some reason some of them were labeled as .exe files? but anyway i clicked a random my new room one and it opened. INSTANTLY it blasted the worst music ever oh my goth like my ear drumbs actually got detroyed it was like a little jangle omg i hate xmas songs - obviously it was rlly shitty tho cuz this is a game from like 15yrs ago. i tried to turn it down in game but the off button didnt work? like i kept pressing it n literally nothin happened. so i was like "fine ill do it myself -_-" and went into my volume mixer but ofc it wasnt there for whatever reason, so i just continued playing n turned my volumes down (im not gonna play a game with NO SOUND are u crazy lol).

anyway i went clicking thro the different options in the catalog thing and idk it was all kinda shitty but i made this rl goffik christmas room and then thats when my first issue appeared. i think i changed the wall colour and the music started to like lag? idk it sounded like it was stuttering cuz it was on loop the hole tiem but ig thats just cuz this games old idk but i thought id point this out?

then i added the like furniture n stufff and it wouldnt place??? like k thanks great game 10/10, so i tried for a while until it werked n then i added the goff girl (cuz she my fave and ull neva see me add that blond bimbo lol idk i just h8 her) anyway that started glitching too but i dont remmeber if it was always liek tjhat? like was this game always so poor? i tried to message my sister asking her if she remmebered this n if t was weird but my messages didnt go thro...

then guess fucking what. the bitch moved. i dont remmeber this game having like animation but when u place down the girls or whateva, she like moved her fucking head FACING TOWARDS ME but that kinda spooked me idk... also she defo looked diff from how i remmeber liek idk how to describe it but she DID NOT have red eyes on the title screen... umm but idk i think thats just a weird like coloring glitch or something..? um yeah

so heres where i actually need people to like help me.

when i tried to save my room it wouldnt let me edit the file name and type? i thimk it usually saved as png or jpg but for some reason it was still the same .exe as the file and it wouldnt let me change the name like it was legit just fucking 'null.exe'?? like who tf is null... but yeah is there anyway to work around this cuz theres no point in this game taking up space on my pc if i cant save me sht.

ok but it gets wiereder, when i tabbed out to see if i cud just screenshot my game, the room like... moved? so theres this feature where u can draw stuff on the walls and when i looked back my red wall has a bunch of scribbles that werent there b4 and it kinda looked like 'help' but idk i think im being paranoid cuz this never happened to me befor like wtfffffff..... oh and when i tried to screenshot it the screen just went black? like my pc just turned off?

idk did i download a virus or something? cuz it wasnt my acc pc it was just my monitor cuz i could still here the weird distorted music, but my power button was off, or like it looked like it was anyway, cuz when i pressed it my pc booted up agen. idk i was kinda spooked here so i left it for a bit but now im back on and idk should i be worried guys? like this has been living on my pc for the past 2 or 3???? years or something what if its a virus guys....

oh and i forgot to mention some of the things in game looked like.. pngs or like real images? like most of the game is cartoon artstyle but this looked like REAL REAL and idk did they run out of budget so they jyst stole pngs off the internet lol. except not really lol cuz for one of the windows it looked like the area where i live... and not to doxx myself but i live in a very specific area where its like very distinct... so yeah.

okay i will say idk if its my headphone bugging but its like i can hear the fucking music again but its normal???

idk im gonna maybe play it again tomorrow and see if anything happens.. kinda scared but also curious...
