🐋whale shark!🦈

The whale shark has become one of my favourite animals!! 

It is considered the largest fish of the sea!

-> this is its size compared to a bus   

The most amazing fact is that, despite its (hard to believe) size, it has never harmed a human-- its favourite food is plankton. If you find a friendly one, it can even allow swimmers to hitch a ride!

It has a very long lifespan (around 70-130 years) and a very late maturation (at around 30 years)

->it's so silly..

It can be found in tropical seas because it prefers warm waters 

Sadly, it is endangered due to the demand for their meat and trash pollution. We can protect whale sharks by choosing sustainably fished seafood.
