Yoo! I made some big moves today!
Something big I did today was one of my longest walks yet! It was (approximately) 17 minutes long!
Also, I’m gonna start doing something that I’ve struggled to keep doing consistently in the past: Brushing my teeth daily!
From now on, I want to brush my teeth and take a walk DAILY. I feel like with this, my weight will go down, and my hygiene will go up. See you all at the end of tomorrow!
