Buying a House Update!

Ok so here is where we are at now on house hunting in summary style!

Offer 1: We offered full price $250k and they pay 100% of closing costs ($8750).
Counter Offer: We pay $250k and pay $4750 closing costs.
Offer 2: We pay $250k and $2000 closing costs
They rejected the offer but didn't put in a counter offer.
Offer 3: We accept their original counter offer but move the closing date to September 1.

Now we wait!
