Care a Lot Bear Compare

It's crazy to me how the 40th anniversary bear had such variance in plush design. Like how did they end up so different? And how did North America get the worst one by far?? A foreign Care-a-lot bear is a dream bear for me. My mind changes on this but right now Japan is my favorite I think.
