quick diary (07/14/2023)

hi!!

im home from cali finally, in fact i got home last saturday … little bit late on updating my status but ive been a little distant from this site lately, kinda distant from everything though

i made a consultation appt with a therapist, though! i think it would help a lot to talk out all of the stuff that swirls around in my brain juice… i can always tell im not doing Super great when i start missing people i really, really shouldn’t. i hate that, and even though i know i will likely never see/talk to them again, i still have an urge to know how these people are doing. even when i was the one to end things! it doesn’t help that social media lets me see how they’re doing whenever i have an impulse to look. UGH

in lighter (and better) news im getting the house to myself next week cuz my mom is heading out on a trip to california herself >:3 ill have rio over for most of the trip which i feel very thankful for as im sure id end up going a little crazy if it was just me and the dog at home… i wanna go thrifting to get some new shirts/jeans for school so i think we’ll do that! 

also i can’t remember if i mentioned going on new meds on here or not but i started some new thyroid medication about 2 or 3 weeks ago, however i don’t think it’s a high enough dosage.. ive been more tired than ever lately, which really sucks. seems like i can never get enough sleep 

aaaaanyways that’s what’s up right now. getting ready for school in the fall and finishing out my Spanish course for summer school… lots of stuff to prepare for
