I'm sick of spending all my time indoors

Is there anything I can do from like 7-10 pm?

Like usually thoughout the day i'd go out with friends or exercise, being able to find things to do, but is there anything I can do from 7-10?? like by that time I've already worked out and it's too late to go out, so I find myself wasting my time on my computer. Is there anything others have found to fill in the time while still being productive? Any feedback is greatly appriciated
