House Buying Nerves!

So, hubs stayed home from work today because we have an appointment with our realtor to go see some houses. We are hoping to put in an offer on one tonight! 5 houses. They are all super cute and amazing! It will be hard to choose just based on the listings and pictures provided. I can't wait to take my own pictures and share them! 

So why am I nervous? Well, about 8 years ago, we tried looking for a house. We were approved for $150k. So we searched for a house within that budget. Found our dream house! Had everything we wanted with the layout we needed. His mom lived with us at the time and we wanted our rooms far away from each other... for obvious reasons. Everything went great until 10 days before we were gonna get our keys, and AFTER we paid for the inspection... they told us they made a calculation error and we could really only afford $98k. So we lost the house and had to move into a tiny ass apartment, where we are still currently living.

So, now that we are approved for $250k, and found 5 homes that meet our current needs, I am afraid to fall in love and get excited and happy to move only for it to be ripped away! It is so stressful! Wish us all the luck! This is my house-hunting outfit! Hehehe.
