Hey yall, Nova here, and i have a totally normal Sleeping problem that i dont know how to fix!!
Normally i went to bed at like, 9 PM and woke up at like 6 AM, and that was during school days before summer started..! Now im going to bed at like 2 to 3 AM and waking up at like 12 to 1 PM!!!
I fear that i might just have insomnia, but i also fear that i have an incredibly LOW melatonin body supply, and i seriously dont know what to do!!!!!!
Im very sorry to everyone if this seems like venting, but this is one problem i DID NOT want locked up inside of me.
