It pleases me greatly to announce that I have a first proper iteration of the protagonist design. It's the one on the bottom. Meet Trillis, the main character of the game. I can't go into too much detail regarding their character arc yet, and a lot of their personality is still being decided upon, but what they're going through is something I imagine many can relate to. In gameplay, they're incredibly mobile, and their omnidirectional air dash is the reason the game's codename is what it is. (Pardon the shitty drawing, though. And don't get used to the face and hairstyle, those are probably going to still be altered heavily before I even get to modelling them.)
