Okay so there’s a new 02 movie coming out and I’m sooooooo excited but I have rlly low expectations for this movie, the only thing I want is daisuke and takeru int, that’s it. Ik they aren’t very important but like??? Cmon??? They’re literally mini versions of Yamato and taichi, there’s no way you can’t let them interact at least a bit. I’ll settle for takeru just saying it’s nice to see daisuke, literally.

I just think their dynamic needs some more expansion, you can’t just ignore the fact they’re connected in a sense, again Ik they aren’t super important and I get it, both of which have people they’re much closer with but we were robbed of their dynamic in 02 and I want some sort of content pleaseeeeee

I also want more iori and takeru int, I love them and they’re friendship please toei animation please I just want them to be friends and for them to be happy please please please.

Also Wtf is daisukes crest?? Like ik the crests were kinda thrown away at some point but like, he has the crest of miracles or smthn right?? Why have they never expanded on that, I feel like that’s kinda important, unless that movie wasn’t considered canon which would be weird but idk I don’t write this series.

Bandai please stop traumatizing these kids it’s been over 20 years now 😭, just create a sequal series to tamers or something PLEASE, I love the adventure cast and I appreciate that they’re still alive but I just really wish you would give them a break or something they don’t deserve all this bro, plus I’d just like to see tamers be continued, you made it open ended so please just give us more of the tamers cast, I wanna see my sillies again Pwetty pwease 

Anyway back onto the movie I’m rlly suspicious of it bc i remember some of the adverts saying something about starting a new journey or something and if they use this movie as like a “beginning of the end” thing I’ll literally scream and cry please give these kids a break but also please give them more trauma and maybe this time let them process it or something (*cough cough* TAKERU *cough*)

No but srsly, they acknowledged he had trauma during 02 and they were like “okay we’re gonna use this as part of the plot” and blah blah blah but it just never went anywhere and I really wish it did bc takeru has so much shit he needs to work through, like angemon’s death hit him hard and they acknowledge this before he goes to rocks ken’s shit but they never bring it up again after that and I’m really mad about it because WHAT. YOU BRUNG UP SUCH AN IMPORTANT POINT ABOUT HIS PAST AND ALL YOU DID WITH IT WAS MAKE HIM BEAT SOMEONE UP AND THEN THEE IT AWAY??? LIKE IK GLAD HE GOT TO FIGHT KEN I LOVED THAT SCENE BUT COME ON BANDAI YOU COULDVE DONE SOMETHING WITH HIS CHARACTER.

That being said I have not watched tri or kizuna yet bc I’m currently trying to rewatch the whole original two seasons, but I’m scared to watch tri bc a lot of people say it was terrible and I’m scared for what they did to my boy takeru, if they massacred his character I’ll literally cry and I hope to god if they do it gets fixed in kizuna or 02 the beginning.

And 02 deserves a reboot, bye bye!! ˘³˘
