withdrawals </3

wasn’t sure whether to make this a bulletin or blog but i’d like to come back to this in case it happens in the future :) basically i’ve had to stop taking my antidepressants because of money purposes but i’ve been having some withdrawals the past couple of days. this has happened in the past if i’ve missed them a few days but normally i could take them and it would be fine but now that i have to stop completely i’m kinda screwed >:( i know realistically they’ll go away within a week or so but like it makes me feel miserable omg but basically the point of this was to see if anyone has any tips to keep headaches, body aches, and such away. i’ve been taking ibuprofen but it doesn’t rlly seem to help ;( any help is appreciated!! ><
