When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?

probably around the age of 13. we've had this one story brewing for a long time and wanted to one day be able to share it with everyone!

How long does it take you to write a book?

too long... currently have 5 wips, none of which are complete... lol

What is your work schedule like when you're writing?

work for 6+ hours at one time and then don't touch it again for two weeks

What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?

i honestly. have no idea?

How do books get published?

hell if i know!

Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?

ideas really come from all sources for me. as for information, i always try to go to a source of firsthand experience with the topic if i don't have it myself.

When did you write your first book and how old were you?

none of them are complete... but i'd guess that i'll finish my first one by early next year making me 24 :)

What do you like to do when you're not writing?

draw... LOL

What does your family think of your writing?

they don't get to read it ♡

What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your books?

how writing the 'filler' is much harder than writing anything else.

How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?

if i complete all of them, i'll have 7 total (3 of which are one series). 'uprooted' is my favorite

Do you have any suggestions to help others become better writers? If so, what are they?

write and write and write and write. write short stories for your friends. write fanfiction. try writing and mimicking the tone of multiple authors. just like art, if you do it enough times by drawing inspiration from every source possible, it becomes muscle memory.

Do you like to create books for adults?

i would say my stories are really intended for everyone. some strong language here and there, but nothing nsfw.

What do you think makes a good story?

as long as it isn't harmful and people enjoyed it. 

As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?

everything... LOL. artist. actor. vet. astronaut...
