How in the good lord's name do I add images?

Just trying to figure out how to get images to work on this place
Just a render of myself as a Minifig. Nothing too crazy
(Edit) Jesus H Chist. Adding images on here is inconvenient as all hell. The Devs should really implement an easier way to add photos here
