How to make stamps!

I'm gonna make a fall out boy stamp as an example :3

You're gonna wanna start by grabbing a stamp template and the image(s) you wanna use.

Here's what I'm working with:

(I've resized them for the sake of the blog)

You're gonna wanna open up any photo editing software (im using gimp but u can use picsart or anything) and import the template first, then your image (put it behind the template):

I actually layered a second template over it to get the shiny effect

 (here it is)

Now you're gonna wanna export that!

Do the same with your other image:

Export that too!

Now head to this site in order to resize your two images if needed (stamps are roughly 100px x 55px)

Now use this site to create a gif of your two images, and you've got yourself an animated stamp!
