i've been connecting a lot w art + nature recently 2 better my mental health!! here r some of the stuffs I've been doing:
*tea-staining paper 2 make it look old
*looking 4 four-leafed clovers
*picking + pressing flowers
*harvesting+cleaning bones
*writing, reading, and analysing poetry
i highly suggest ALL of these activities!!! they r all so easy and fun and free and a great way 2 stay grounded in the current moment <3 luv u guys!
