I haven't shifted yet but I've had So many close calls. I've even been trying this new method I think I created because I haven't seen it before. So you know that thing where your body makes it seem like your falling but your not? So I took that and I tried to focus all my energy into it. I waited for it to happen because it happens too often for me and when it did I focused My best and tried to imagine I kept falling and when I fall I fall into my DR. At first it was hard but on the 2nd try I kind of did something. After man affirmations and breathing exercises I felt myself fake fall and I used the most of my imagination as I could and imagined I was falling right into my DR. THE SYMPTOMS I GOT WAS CRAZYYYYY. It was the closest I ever got yo shifting man it made me so emotional I had to take a break which I'm on rn to keep myself mentally chilled for my next shift attempt, deffo try it out.
