My parents are being annoying.Well I think they are anyway. I'm going shopping with my friends today but my parents won't give me any money,there saying I have to earn it and I said I would do lots of chores all week to pay them back but they are saying I have to earn the money before I go.Im leaving soon so I dont any time to earn a good amount of money before I go.
Do you think this is annoying or is it just me.

Depends.
If they've asked you to do chores, told you in the past that they'll give you money for chores, then no, they're fair.
If their refusal to give you an advance is because you have a history of promising to do chores later, but skip out on that, then no, they're fair.
If they have a history of giving you cash sometimes and have only just sprung this new rule on you now shortly before you go, then okay. They're a bit annoying.
