Astronomy 1

Does it even matter

When you look at me like that?

We'll hate eachother anyway

But only one of us is right.

Doesn't that bother you?

To know I'm just like you and you're just like me

And that all we'll ever be is a memory

to the rotten summers and bitter winters.

Two sides of the same coin can't see eye to eye.

But I can see your eyes

Right through to your disgusting insides

What did you see in me?

Was I only ever water to you?

A reflection to laugh at

Too bad the lake has dried up

I am only crisp and cracked clay now

I will never forgive you and you will always be bitter to the one that got away.
