Writer's Block

Got stuck with writer's block as soon as I wanted to write something.. does that happen to anyone else or is that just me? I've been playing music, watching streams, reading, and nothing seems to help me out here :,) 

If anyone has any idea how to get over writer's block please help me out here. That would be amazing..
