silent hill 2 strugglez

I have a ps3 and an Xbox one (I think I. really. don't know..) and I wanna play silent hill 2. I know it's on the ps2 but like I don't got one. my dad used to but idk where that is anymore. also, why is silent hill 2 so expensive???? I've seen people selling it for 100+ maybe even 200+ like I know it's a super kool game but like damn that's my whole paycheck dude....
