i went on a mile run w my dad outside, but we didnt use a school track (which usually has an even elevation) we ran outside/through our neighborhood, so granted there were some times where we had to run uphill and go slower then earlier. i think itd be easier to answer this question if i knew what the elevation was, but the route we took doesnt show on maps, so i dont know it. im not looking for like the reasonable/average mile time on a track (bc when i searched up this question thats all it gave me) since i know for a fact going uphill changed our time. mostly im just looking for somebody athletic to be able to guesstimate this for me, thanks
note :
i am 13 (f)
my dad is 46 (m)
we were both going at moderately the same pace
we ran exactly 1 mile (my dads watch alerted him)
