why cant i get stamps

im trying to add stamps but my tablet doesnt have a working touch screen so i need to use a usb keyboard, i tried every shortcut i know but i just simply couldnt copy the link to the stamp no matter what i did, is there something i can try? ill try to figure it out on my computer, i guess
