How should i be using blogs?

Should i be making a new blog for everything i post like as if it were instagram? Or should i be adding drawings or whatever it is i post all to one blog instead? I'm not really sure how it works ^^" 

[edit] i think i'll try using a single blog for multiple drawings/topics just as a test
