from where I'm from everyone kinda poor but like there's a lot of white and Hispanic kids who walk around saying the n-word, like I'm happy that a lot of the time someone kicks their ass or they have to talk to the principle but still... like I know Im saying this as a white dude but still, its fucking weird and cringy

No not exactly, think of it as a category. You have your normal everyday white kids and then you have annoying white kids. Racism is when you are hating a race but saying they're white and annoying is a observation especially if its the majority.
